What you can raise
- A community scam report that lists your UPI ID, phone number, website, IP address or email wrongly. The fastest route is the dispute form.
- Content on this website that you believe is unlawful, infringes your rights or is about you.
- A payment, refund or event registration.
- Your personal data: access, correction, erasure, or withdrawal of consent. See the privacy policy.
How to raise it
Email the Grievance Officer with the subject “Grievance” and include: your name and contact details; what the grievance is about, with links, reference numbers or screenshots; and what you would like us to do. For content about you, tell us where it appears and why it is wrong.
Timelines
- Acknowledgement: within 24 hours.
- Resolution: within 15 days of receipt.
- Requests to remove content that exposes private information or impersonates someone: acted on within 72 hours.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the appropriate authority, including the Data Protection Board of India for personal-data matters, or the National Consumer Helpline (1915) for consumer complaints.
