Triage assistant for primary health centres

HLT-01 · Original hackathon problem statement from Arventiq Labs

The problem

Primary health centres see long queues and limited staff, and urgent cases can wait behind routine ones. Nurses need quick, consistent triage support, not a diagnosis engine.

What to build

Build a structured intake tool that captures symptoms and vitals, assigns a triage priority with explainable reasons and flags cases for immediate attention.

Success looks like

Priority agreement with clinician review above 90% on a test set, every flag explained in plain words, and clinicians always able to override.
